To maintain a public, honest, evolving whois section.
To make token gestures and do acts of goodwill.
To promote the network actively and in real life
To join the Public Interest Network.
To foresee a time when we may drift apart and be open about it if it happens.
To recognize that the platform, if witheld, you will port your data into a system of another programming language and not try and copy the framework architecture or have a developer port it for you.

Commitment to Doing it Yourself (DIY)

You will be asked to setup the network on your machine - the AW Spring and the parts you own / we want you to contribute to.
Please do not shy away from new technologies. DAWN is intentionally bare-bones and DIY.
Use Copilot to generate seo information for your pages, deep dives and engagement forms.
Courses to be created from your body of work / knowledge. Outline of it to be public domain, 1-1 and group engagemnt on your terms.
Give your time to train newbies (freely / chargeable to your taste).
Sanity testing of your site from time to time. Data / Content can never get corrupted but there may sometimes be breaking chages.
Agree to use one of these for all communications.
You may refine the process thus helping us.

Fees and Remuneration

A setup fee of 3k is requested at this stage, payable to either Sukaina Namazi or Imran Ali Namazi before we begin the work. This is will be adjusted in the final amount.

Finances and Goodwill

Kindly dont mistake us, ours is an eager to serve network that simply cannot afford to do free work anymore.

Let us know how much you transferred.
Attach a screenshot in the drafted email
Whom else are you willing to support / what goodwill to the network.
If you are under invitation from Imran or one of our members, kindly mention so.
If finances are a problem, let us know what payment schedule is reasonable for you.
If you intend to derive business or personal profit to you, what are you willing to give back to the network in return.

Payments and Clarification

If needed, kindly tick this point and ask any clarifications on our fee structure.
An amount of 10k non returnable toward annual hosting and platform fees is required when we begin development.
Further, a balance payment of at least 15k will be required depending on the exact scope determined or the actual effort taken for development.
It will be payable upon go live or completion of 20 hours of development, whichever is earlier. This will include design, strategy, coordination and discussion calls, basically the nett time spent on this project by Imran and his team.
Once the annual fees is paid, this 15k too becomes binding and is non refundable.
After 20 hours, we may jointly decide to timebox the project but will request weekly payouts on actuals at Rs 750 per hour.
These are already our most competitive rates, already discounted as a special case / introductory offer in view of all the support you have / will give us.
